Acceptance of booking terms

Arrival and departure times: check-in from 17:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Cancellation: free cancellation until 14 days before arrival. During the 14 days before arrival, or if you do not arrive, the full booking amount will be charged.

Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the terms accepted when they were made. Please read the full booking terms before submitting the form.

The booking will not be valid until the agreed amount has been paid by bank transfer.

Please keep them off the beds and armchairs and do not allow them upstairs. • Events and parties are not allowed. • Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside the house. • Arrival and departure times: arrival at 17:00 (earlier check-in may be requested and is subject to availability) and departure before 10:00. • Please respect the house and its surroundings. Enjoy everything the house has to offer. • Please clean all kitchen equipment and utensils you have used. • Please remove rubbish and perishable food from the fridge. • Cancellation terms: free cancellation until 14 days before the arrival date. If you cancel within the 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking price. If you do not arrive, you will also be charged 100% of the total booking price.
